Your pitch lands before other agencies have even seen the job.

Built for recruitment agencies. Every morning it finds companies in your niche that just started hiring, and pitches their decision maker from your own address. We build it once. You keep it.

Your BD team is doing a machine’s job by hand.

Most mornings look the same. Someone scrolls the job portals for fresh requirements, copies company names into a sheet, hunts for the HR head’s email and sends the pitch. The follow-up is meant to happen on Thursday.

It eats the whole morning. It’s also the least skilled part of their job.

And it’s slow. By the time your email goes out, another agency is already on a call with them.

A BD’s morning, the usual way
  1. Open the job portals. Scroll.
  2. Shortlist companies into a sheet.
  3. Another agency emails the company you just shortlisted.
  4. Find the HR head on LinkedIn. Guess the email.
  5. Write the pitch. Send.
  6. Follow up, if anyone remembers.

A contact list tells you who works somewhere. It can’t tell you who started hiring yesterday.

Lists and databases are built once and sold to lots of agencies. By the time a name reaches you, other agencies have emailed it too, and plenty of those companies aren’t hiring at all.

In recruitment, timing decides who gets the mandate. A company that posted a role yesterday is thinking about hiring right now. Wait a week and someone else is already working on it.

The morning run. It starts while you’re asleep.

Every night the system repeats the same routine. Pick a plan to see which steps it takes off your team.

Compare the three plans
  1. 4:40 PM

A company in your niche posts a new role

On a job portal or on its own careers page. Your team won’t spot it until someone scrolls the portals tomorrow.

  2. 2:10 AM

    The run picks it up

It checks 15 sources to start with, plus any your niche needs, and drops everything outside the roles and locations you work in.

  3. 5:30 AM

    It finds who decides

The decision maker’s name and email, pulled through your own Apollo, Lusha or RocketReach account and saved to your database. When the company shows up again, the run uses the contact you already have instead of spending credits twice.

Not in this plan. Comes with Find.

  4. 7:00 AM

    The list reaches you

A morning summary in Slack, Gmail or Discord with each company, the role and a link to the post.

  5. 7:02 AM

    Your pitch goes out

From your outreach address, in your words, to every new lead. Anyone who doesn’t reply gets a follow-up on schedule, so nobody has to remember Thursday. Opens and replies land on your dashboard.

Not in this plan. Comes with Pitch.

  6. 10:15 AM

    You answer the replies

    Your team reaches out first

The one step left for a person. Get on the call, win the mandate, close the position.

They start the day knowing who started hiring. Finding the right person and sending the email is still their job.

They start the day with the company and the person to email. Writing and sending the pitch is still their job.

You wake up and do absolutely nothing.

(Seriously.)

The companies you would have chased today already have your email. Their decision makers are sitting in your database. Tuesday’s follow-ups went out on time without anyone setting a reminder.

What’s left is the part that actually needs you. Reply to the replies, get on the calls, win the mandates and close the positions.

Not a lead-gen agency. Not another monthly bill.

When agencies try to fix the client side, they usually end up paying someone every month. Here’s how that compares.

How BizPirates compares with a lead-gen agency and another BD hire
Question A lead-gen agency Another BD hire BizPirates
How you pay A retainer, every month A salary, every month Once
Who picks the leads Their team, from their lists Whatever they found on the portals that morning Your filters, every night
Who owns the contacts They do A spreadsheet on their laptop You. They sit in your database
When it ends The leads stop the day the retainer does The process walks out with them It doesn’t. It’s yours.

What it won’t do

Better you hear it now than find out after you’ve paid.

  • Close the deal for you

It gets your email there first. Winning the mandate is still your team’s job, as it should be.

  • See roles nobody posts

Plenty of hiring happens through referrals and quiet conversations. If a role isn’t posted anywhere, the run can’t find it.

  • Cover your tool bills

The email finder and the sending tool are your own accounts, billed to you. We connect them. We don’t resell them.

  • Come with a retainer

You get a week of support after handover to fix and tune things. After that it runs on its own, and it’s yours.

What agency owners ask us first

Anything about cost is on the pricing page.

Is this a lead-gen agency?

No. A lead-gen agency does the work for you each month and stops when you stop paying. We build the system that does the work, connect it to your accounts, hand it over and leave. It keeps running after we’ve gone.

Will the emails land in spam?

They go out from your outreach address through a sending tool in your name, at a volume you choose. Cold email shouldn’t go from your main inbox, so if you don’t have a separate outreach address yet, we’ll help you set one up before anything is switched on.

Will it work for my niche?

If companies in your niche post their openings online, yes. The filters are set to the roles you place and the locations you cover.

On the call we run it against your niche while you watch, so you see what it finds before you pay a rupee.

Do I need anyone technical on my team?

No. We set it up and connect it to the tools you already use. Your team reads the morning list in Slack, Gmail or Discord, the same place they read everything else.

What if another agency buys this too?

Job posts are public, so anyone can chase the same companies. What nobody else gets is your filters and your pitch. And plenty of agencies still find these companies by hand, hours after your email has already gone out.

How long does it take to set up?

It depends on the plan and on how many extra sources your niche needs. You get a delivery date on the call, before you commit to anything.

See what it would have found for you this morning.

Twenty minutes. Tell us the roles you place and where you place them. We run it on your niche while you watch, and then you decide.
